Penis sleeves and extensions are a category that often gets overlooked, but they offer something straightforwardly useful: a way to change or add to the sensation of sex for both partners without significant cost or complexity. Here’s how each type works.
Penis Sleeves (Cock Sleeves)
A penis sleeve is a stretchy, open-ended tube made from soft silicone or TPE that fits over an erect penis. Both ends are open. The sleeve stretches to accommodate any size and changes the surface texture experienced by a partner during penetrative sex – the external surface of the sleeve, rather than the skin of the penis itself, becomes the point of contact.
Sleeves are available with a wide range of external textures: smooth, ribbed, dotted, spiralled, nubbed, or combinations of these. The sleeve can also be turned inside out in most cases, which reverses which surface is in contact with which partner – inside out, the textures stimulate the penis internally rather than the partner externally.

Penis Extensions

Extensions are available in smooth and textured versions. Softer, more flexible materials are more comfortable for receiving partners; firmer materials provide more consistent sensation but may feel less natural.

Material Considerations

Sizing
Most sleeves are designed to stretch to fit and don’t require specific sizing. Using Them During Sex
